How do y'all get reliable cleaners?
Facebook is pretty good, just make sure you interview them well.
Most of the time reliability comes from practical work. You don't know until you've done a few jobs with them.
One big thing: don't spam your cleaners with updates. If they sound interested, don't overcommunicate.
